Whether you know every player on the field or you’re mainly there for the food, game day is a wonderful excuse to gather your favorite people and have a little fun. To help you kick off the season, I’ve put together a free printable that everyone can enjoy—no football expertise required!

As you watch the game, mark spaces when you spot things like a penalty flag, a replay review, a missed kick or an enthusiastic fan. The first person to complete five spaces in a row—across, down or diagonally—wins!

The Game-Day MVP: Hot Cheesy Bacon Dip
Of course, no watch party is complete without something delicious to snack on. This warm, cheesy dip uses only five ingredients and is ready in about 25 minutes.
Ingredients
- 1 package (8 oz.) cream cheese, softened
- ⅓ cup mayonnaise
- ¾ cup shredded cheddar cheese, divided
- 4 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
- 2 green onions, finely sliced
Directions
- Heat the oven to 350°F.
- Reserve a little cheddar, bacon and green onion for the topping. Mix the remaining ingredients until well combined.
- Spread the mixture into a lightly greased 9-inch pie plate. Bake for 15–20 minutes, or until hot and bubbly.
- Sprinkle with the reserved cheddar, bacon and green onion.
- Serve warm with tortilla chips, crackers, toasted bread or fresh vegetables.
Make-Ahead Play
Assemble the dip up to one day ahead, cover and refrigerate. Bake it just before kickoff, adding a few extra minutes if needed.

A Few Easy Hosting Touches
You don’t need an elaborate setup to make game day feel festive. A few simple touches can make your gathering feel special:
- Arrange snacks in easy-to-reach bowls so guests can help themselves.
- Set out team-colored napkins or inexpensive paper goods.
- Create a simple drink station with cups, ice and a few beverage choices.
- Print the bingo cards ahead of time and place one at each seat.
- Keep a few pens, markers or small candies nearby for marking the squares.
The goal isn’t perfection—it’s making it easy for everyone, including the host, to relax and enjoy the day.
